for the 2017 election
You should vote using the paper
ballots mailed to you
and mail back in the envelope provided
or deposit in the ballot box
at the annual meeting
don't forget to sign both your ballot
and the return envelope
as required by ARS 33-1250 (c:6)
You don't need to sign your
ballot if you vote in person at the
annual meeting April 2
but you will need to check in
at the ballot box
"ARS 33-1250 C:6. The completed ballot and envelope and any related materials shall contain the name, address and either the actual or electronic signature of the person voting, except that if the condominium documents permit secret ballots, only the envelope or any nonballot-related materials shall contain the name, address and either the actual or electronic signature of the voter."
