Board of Directors Agendas and Minutes
Pursuant to A.R.S. 33§1248(d), the board of directors has determined (November 29, 2016) that this website (www.villamontereyone.org) is the official location of notices to homeowners of meetings. Additionally, notices are posted prominently on the bulletin board in the park (between the two restrooms). Notice of the annual meeting will be sent by US Mail to all homeowners at least 30 days before the meeting.
