Results of the january 3 special meeting of directors

On January 3, 2017, the board of directors held a special meeting to appoint a replacement for a vacant board position and to elect a new president and vice president of the board.  The election of officers was necessary because of the resignation of the previous president on December 31.

The board voted to appoint Rick Morine to fill the board vacancy; his term will end in 2019. The board elected Peter Frechette president and Rick Morine vice president.
