Board of Directors Meeting (open)

The board of directors will meet via Zoom at 5 p.m. (MST) on Monday, October 3. This is an OPEN meeting, meaning all homeowners are welcome to attend and speak at designated times.
The board will vote on whether or not to overseed the park area in 2022. If we overseed, water consumption will be close to what it has been in past years, and the grass will be nice and green. If we do not, water consumption will decrease, and the grass will be nice and brown.
The “drought” topic is a hot one, and all homeowners are encouraged to give their opinions at this board meeting. Just to be clear, homeowners will not be voting on the issue; directors will be voting on the issue, but directors are eager to hear community opinion.
Instructions for joining via Zoom have been emailed to all homeowners who have provided the Association with an email address.
