Villa monterey traffic mitigation Planning
September 25
5 to 6 p.m.
7506 E. Indian School road

All residents are invited to attend an open house to discuss traffic mitigation options for Villa Monterey and its neighbors resulting from the approved upscale hotel and residential community at 73rd Street and Camelback Road.  As a part of this approval, the builder has committed to help create a traffic mitigation plan with input from the surrounding neighbors that will be submitted to the City to reduce impact this new project may have on the community.

The open house will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the City of Scottsdale's Community Design Studio located at 7506 E. Indian School Road.

If you have any questions, please contact the neighborhood outreach team at 602-957-3434 or info@technicalsolutionsaz.com.
